SM is dedicated to serving the aging and disabled in nursing homes and assisted living facilities, bringing comfort, connection, and spiritual encouragement to those who need it most. We are honored to join loving family members and friends in providing companionship and worship services, ensuring that no one feels forgotten or alone.

Many residents light up with joy when we visit, their smiles reflecting the warmth of shared moments and heartfelt conversations. They especially love to sing, their voices rising in unity as familiar hymns and cherished melodies bring back treasured memories. Music has a way of lifting spirits, creating an atmosphere of peace, joy, and togetherness.

Each Sunday, Pastor Roger Johnson shares messages of hope and encouragement at the Adult Living Center in Longmont, offering spiritual support and a sense of belonging to those in assisted care. It is a privilege to witness the impact of these gatherings—residents who may have felt isolated now feel seen, valued, and embraced by a community of love and faith.
